Management
Paul Goldsmith
Owner, Founder, and President
Paul Goldsmith is both an accomplished pilot (25,000+ hours) and businessman. Paul is a licensed commercial pilot with instrument and multi-engine ratings. His involvement in aviation began during his former career, professional auto and motorcycle racing. Paul began racing motorcycles for Harley-Davidson, and eventually became involved in stock car racing. Paul is one of the early heroes of NASCAR and still holds numerous records. His best finish at Indianapolis was 3rd. He was one of the original drivers who began using aircraft to fly to the racetracks in order to save time.
Craig Anderson
Vice President
Immersed in the aviation industry since 1984 and is a private pilot. His experience spans general aviation operations to aircraft maintenance. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Aviation Association of Indiana and has served in leadership positions in charitable organizations. He served in the U.S. Army and has an AS degree from Indiana University and a BS from Calumet College of St. Joseph.

Laura Jen

Laura graduated from Purdue University in May of 1996 and holds an Associates & Bachelors of Science in Aviation Technology. She began flying in 1992. For 15 months she served as a Flight Instructor at Griffith Aviation, Inc. She then took a great opportunity to intern with Ryan International Airlines as a Flight Engineer on a Boeing 727. After her internship she served a total of seven years and was upgraded to First Officer after two and a half years. After seven years she furloughed starting her family. In 2008 she began as Flight Instructor part time with Griffith Aviation, Inc. steadily increasing her hours to full-time. In 2016 she began serving as Assistant Chief Flight Instructor.

Carol Stephens

Carol holds a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Technology at Indiana State University, Terre Haute, Indiana. She began flying in 1981 and became a flight instructor in 1984. 9000+ hours with 8000+ hours dual given.
